ABURI NEW ENERGY COMPANY LTD hereby formally announces that fifty-one point nine percent (51.9%) of its issued and outstanding equity interests have been lawfully acquired by FREEMAN RENEWABLES PTE. LTD., a company duly incorporated and headquartered in Singapore.

Upon completion of the transaction, FREEMAN RENEWABLES PTE. LTD. has become the controlling shareholder of ABURI NEW ENERGY COMPANY LTD in accordance with applicable laws and corporate governance regulations. All corresponding shareholder rights, obligations, and governance authorities have taken full legal effect.

The Company remains committed to the research, development, manufacturing, and global supply of safe, reliable, and high-quality photovoltaic modules, as well as related renewable energy products and solutions.
